Introduction to the Model Ordinances 		 
In order to further the goals of the plan, a comprehensive set of Model Ordinances has been developed. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection incorporates these model ordinances in its recently adopted stormwater management regulations.

This proposal was adopted by the Ten Towns Committee on October 22, 2003, and has been transmited to each of the townships with a recommendation that it be added to the Land Use (Zoning) Ordinance.
